White to serve as guest speaker
Winnsboro businessman Cloid White will be the guest speaker at the July meeting of the Winnsboro-Franklin Parish Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, July 19.
White will address the chamber in conjunction with the Winnsboro Lion's Club to promote youth involvement in parish businesses. The meeting will be held at noon at Brown's Landing.
"This will be a momentous occasion," said Chamber president Nathan Roberts. "Cloid is an excellent businessman and local authority on community involvement.
