Corn field yields mysterious object

Don Kemp isn't sure exactly what he found in a corn field in Franklin Parish, but believes it could be something out of this world.

"I have no idea what it is, but I have had no less than six geologists look at it and they don't know either. They can't tell me where it came from or what it is," said Kemp.

Kemp, a Franklin Parish native who now lives in Texas, was visiting his hometown late last year when a friend told him that he had seen a sparkle in the sky and something crash to the ground in a corn field.
