Police investigate double murder, suicide
Winnsboro police and Franklin Parish authorities are investigating a double-homicide of teenage sisters Monday night, and the suicide of their killer.
Morgan Love, 18, and Stephanie Love, 17, were killed by 18-year-old Patrick Cooper of Winnsboro moments before he took his own life on the front lawn of the girls' home, said Winnsboro Police Chief Lester Thomas Jr.
