Trahern takes first in state social studies fair
Tristan Trahern, a sixth grade student at Fort Necessity Junior High School, has been named first place winner in the state competition of the Political Science Division 1 category at the State Social Studies Fair held in Lake Charles on May 10.
His subject for the project was the History and Evolution of Firefighting and Personal Protective Gear.
