Girod-Book wedding
 Rachel Girod and Travis Book were united in marriage at a 2 p.m. ceremony on Sunday, May 8, 2011, at Poverty Point State Park in Delhi. Minister William Busby officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Rebecca and Mark Girod of Winnsboro. The groom is the son of Susan Garsee and Mike Shrader, both of Alto.
Nuptial music for the ceremony included selections, "You Had Me from Hello," "She's Everything" and "My Kind of Crazy."
