Girod-Garsee engagement
Rebecca and Mark Girod of Winnsboro are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Rachel Nicole Girod, to Travis Ray Book. He is the son of Susan Garsee of Alto and Emmett Book Jr. of Natchez, Miss.
The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Joyce and Fred Hunter of Delhi. She is the paternal granddaughter of Dorothy and the late Jimmy Girod of Metairie.
Rachel is a 2008 graduate of Franklin Parish High School.
