FA Cougars sweep two then fall to Riverfield
Franklin Academy swept two games from Central School before falling to Riverfield last week.
The Cougars defeated Central 18-0 and 17-3 before falling to Riverfield, 10-4.
Against Central, Brady Moroni, Taylor Gilley, Britt Grieme, Hunter Jones, Ethan Vick, Kyle Sullivan and Cole Linder had two hits each.
Moroni had a strong outing on the mound.
In the loss to Riverfield, Jones had a home run, while Gilley and Grieme had two hits each.
