Story Archives: Mangham Dragons win two of three games

Mangham Dragons win two of three games
by Joey Martin - posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
Mangham High School was involved in two one-run games and a two-run contest, winning two of three games.

"I would much rather play one-run ballgames than blow people out," said Mangham coach Scott Wilcher. "Those types of games build character and you can see who is going to step up in those type of situations."

Mangham defeated Sterlington 2-0 as Nathan Aultman struck out 13 and allowed three hits.

The Dragons fell to Farmerville 5-4 to drop its first district game (3-1).
