Malone's should give recall reasons
 It seems that the recall effort of Sonny Dumas led by the Monya and Angela Malone's has hit a little snag, because the paperwork sent to the Louisiana Secretary of State wasn't filled out correctly.
While I don't support a recall of Sonny Dumas, those who want him removed from the city council have my sympathy in one regard—I hate paperwork and almost never fill it out the way the right way on the first try.
The Secretary of State's Office told me last week that they sent the recall petition back with instructions on how to fill the thing out correctly and it's up to the Malone's to make the next move.
I think that the Malone's might get it right the second time, unless they have an aversion to paperwork to match mine.
If I had gotten a recall petition that I sent out back returned and told that I had to do the whole thing over again, I might just give up.
It would be easier for me to accept a bad politician than it would be for me to accept the paperwork that might be involved in removing him, even if it were only one page and came with instructions.
