Franklin Parish Farm Bureau held its annual Youth Night on March 4, at the Princess Theatre, crowning a new queen and showcasing talented young people.

The 2011 queen is Indya Grace Booth, the 19-year-old daughter of Sharon and Alex Boothe and Amy and Kevin Harper. First runner-up is Taylor Spann, daughter of Derenda and Joey Spann. Melanie Moroni is the second runner-up. Melanie is the daughter of Eyvette and Ken Moroni.

Other contestants were Kristyn Newman, Lindy Carroll, Leah Stephens, Hillary Herron and Kyle Kaufman.
