ULM President to address chamber of commerce
University at Louisiana at Monroe President Nick Bruno will serve as the keynote speaker at the Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce April membership meeting.
Dr. Bruno became the eighth president of the University of Louisiana at Monroe on Nov. 8, 2010, after more than 30 years of work in Louisiana higher education.
