Stardom Music Group will present a area-wide "Mic Me Up" talent search to find the next big vocalist or musical act to promote.

An artist showcase will be held at King Jesus Worship Center on Friday night, April 8, from 6 to 9 p.m.

"We've been touring for three years throughout the southeast region and we are very excited about coming to Winnsboro," said Terri Sims of Stardom Music Group. "Our hope is to generate interests in the establishment of a performing arts school in the area."

The showcase will feature acts from Winnsboro, Monroe and surrounding areas. Twenty spots are available for those competing to be the next big name in music.
