|Eagles tribute band to perform at Princess Theatre|
Saturday, April 30th will bring the third event to the Princess Theatre's 2011 season with the famous rock group, Eagles, cover band Hotel California "A Salute to the Eagles."
Executive director, Gene Thompson, says that it should be one of the premier events of the year. "I saw this group in Pittsburgh last year and they are amazing," said Thompson. "They are billed as the #1 Eagles Tribute Band in America." Thompson also said, "The word has gotten out and the excitement is building. I think we are going to have a packed house, so everyone should try and get their tickets early."
Hotel California was founded with the intent of filling the void left by the demise of The Eagles in 1982. By blending their extraordinary vocal and musical talents, Hotel California faithfully and accurately reproduces the sound of the Eagles studio recordings while recreating a classic sound which undeniably transcends the boundaries of Rock, R&B and country while delivering a modern, action-packed performance.
This band, comprised of 5 multi-talented top music industry professionals, presents a dynamic exciting show saluting the music of the Eagles.
Audiences can once again experience the energy and magic of this timeless music. The show will include such hits as "Take it Easy," "Love will keep us Alive," and the generational anthem "Hotel California."
