Mangham High's baseball team went 2-2 at the St. John of Plaquemine baseball tournament this past weekend.

"The main thing is that we competed hard," said Dragon head coach Scott Wilcher. "We definitely needed that. We played some good competition and I was happy with the effort."
Mangham blanked Ascension Catholic 4-0 as Cole Wilson pitched a 3-hit shutout.
The Dragons fell to Port Barre 1-0.

Josh Duncan allowed only three hits and struck out 12 Port Barre batters.
