The economy might be floundering nationally, but Northeast Louisiana Economic Alliance President Tana Trichel is hoping to reel big business into the Franklin Farms Industrial Megasite in Richland Parish.

Trichel addressed the Winnsboro Rotary Club on Friday during their monthly meeting at Brown's Landing to update them on her work on the industry the site as well as Franklin Parish.

Franklin Farms, a 6,000 acre tract of land off Interstate 20, has been named one of the top 10 sites in the South ripe for industrial development by Southern Business and Development magazine
