Franklin Academy fell to Tensas 20-8 and Prairie View 17-11 last week.

"We were all pitched out," said Franklin coach Ryan Sullivan. "Ethan Vick and Taylor Gilley did a good job on the mound."

Gilley, Brady Moroni, Hunter Jones and Britt Grieme had two hits each, while Jones had five runs batted in.

Franklin plays Tallulah Thursday and begins district against Claiborne on Friday.

"We're going to have all our pitching ready for Claiborne," Sullivan said.
