Head Start begins yearly roundup
posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
If you have a child who will be three years old by September 30, 2011, and want a quality early education for him/her, then Franklin Parish Head Start is the place for your child.

Roundup will be held on March 24 and 25, from 8:30 until noon each day in the Winnsboro Elementary Auditorium. Please bring the following information: birth certificate, social security card, shot record, medical/insurance card, proof of residence, proof of income (food stamp letter, check stubs, tax forms, etc.)

It is not necessary for you to bring your child to Roundup as the process sometimes takes up to two hours.

Application packets may be picked up at a mandatory parent meeting on March 22 at 6 p.m. at the Winnsboro Elementary Cafeteria. This meeting is for parents of first time students and for parents of 3 years old children who are already in the program and will be attending the 4 year old class.
