FPHS baseball season begins
The Franklin Parish Patriots baseball season begins this week as the Patriots begin play in Mangham Tournament on Thursday.
The Patriots return several of their top players from the team that narrowly missed qualifying for the Class 4A playoffs last year including seniors Chris Austin, Brian Moroni, Hunter Guillot, Nathan Gallup, Briar Gallup, Greg Parks and Michael Whitley.
