Local chefs prepare for Taste of Franklin
The eighth annual Taste of Franklinwill be held Thursday, March 10, at 6 p.m. at the United Pentecostal Church Family Life Center in Winnsboro.
The event is co-sponsored by the Winnsboro-Franklin Chamber of Commerce, the Franklin Parish Catfish Festival, and the Franklin Parish Tourism Commission, and will be held in conjunction with the festival's annual Catfish Cookoff.
Tickets are $20 per person, and those interested in an evening of good food in an informal "all-you-can-taste" setting should contact the Chamber office for tickets as soon as possible.
