The following arrests were recorded at the Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office and the Winnsboro Police Station between Feb. 14 and 21, 2011.
Keith A. Milton, 23, 140 Columbia Dr., Wisner--possession of marijuana CDSI, probation violation.
Annie L. Grant, 54, 2305 Cypress, Winnsboro--possession of Schedule III CDS with intent.
