Lancaster to be sworn in as DA John M. "Mack" Lancaster will be sworn in as District Attorney for the Fifth Judicial District on March 1, 2011.
A ceremonial swearing will be held that day in the West Carroll Parish Courthouse Courtroom at 11 a.m. Retired District Judge Glen W. Strong will give the oath.
Retiring District Attorney, William R. "Billy" Coenen, chose Lancaster as his First Assistant District Attorney to succeed him upon his retirement effective March 1.
