Jesse Winchester to perform at Princess Theatre

The Princess Theatre will present the second event of the 2011 Season on Friday, Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. with a concert by singer-songwriter Jesse Winchester.

The show will also feature special guest artist, Bonnie Murray Tamblyn. Executive Director Gene Thompson said the show should be a real crowd-pleaser.

"We are very excited about having Jesse and Bonnie Murray perform here at the Princess and we hope everyone will come out to enjoy the show," said Thompson.

Winchester has been writing and recording songs since the 1970's. You could stock a crowd-pleasing jukebox with the songs Winchester has written and recorded in the last four decades – and with the better-known versions of his songs that have become hits and album staples for artists ranging from Joan Baez to Elvis Costello to Jimmy Buffett.
