Local man arrested for prostitution
Two Winnsboro men were arrested Monday on prostitution charges after one man allegedly payed another for sex, according to the Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office.
Donald Holley, 47, 315 Carter St., was taken into custody with Ralph E. Guimbellot, 45, 2506 Mauld Road, after deputies investigated a vehicle parked behind a convenience store on La. Hwy. 618 and caught the two men inside putting on their clothes.
