Kiper-James engagement
 Shelby Kiper and Cainan James will exchange wedding vows during a 2 p.m. ceremony Saturday, Nov. 27, at First Baptist Church of Wisner.
Friends and family are invited to attend.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Trey and Lisa Kiper of Wisner. Her maternal grandparents are Richard and Connie Cox of Lake Village, Ark. Her paternal grandparents are Ernest and Mary Kiper of Wisner.
She is a graduate of Franklin Academy and a student at Louisiana State University. She is employed by Corks & Canvas in Baton Rouge.
