Princess Players to present 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe'

The Princess Youth Production is set for Thursday November 11 and Friday November 12 at 6:30 p.m.

The annual event is the opportunity for area young people to show their talent and interest in the arts. This year's show will be "The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, the tale of 3 children entering the magical world of Narnia through a wardrobe. In the land of Narnia they encounter a strange land of talking animals, unicorns, centaurs, fauns and a white witch that is set on destroying all that is good. Executive Director Gene Thompson urges everyone to come out and support the young people's efforts.

"We are always so excited to offer this outlet for the kids", said Thompson. "The Princess feels it's one of the most important events of the season because it gives these young people something creative to do."
