Stevenson selected for homecoming court
 Alana Stevenson is an eighth grader in the gifted program at Brame Middle School in Alexandria.
She was recently elected to the 2010 homecoming court at Brame.
As a member of the homecoming court, Alana was a standout and received two distinct honors.
First, she earned the award for top ticket seller. Alana was presented with a card, monetary award and will be spotlighted in the school yearbook. Her second honor was presented at the homecoming game ceremony held on Oct 7, 2010. It was announced that Alana had been elected as First Maid for the homecoming court.
Alana has previously represented Brame with a spirit of excellence. In March 2010, she participated in the La. State Science Fair and won first place in the Chemistry Division.
