|Kimbrough presents animal control survey findings|
A survey of residents at the Winnsboro City Council Sept. 20 regular meeting revealed that a majority those in attendance want the city's director of animal affairs replaced and for a new director to be accountable to the council—not the mayor.
Kim Kimbrough presented survey results Monday at the council's regular meeting.
Kimbrough, who addressed the council at the September meeting about her dog being taken to West Monroe to be euthanized, created the survey and distributed it last month.
Those who took the survey were asked to rate questions on a scale from one to 10—one representing "not important" and 10 representing "very important."
