Local agent suspended, charges filed
A Winnsboro agent was served by Department of Insurance Fraud Section Investigators last Tuesday with a cease and desist order, a summary suspension order and fine notice for alleged misrepresentation.
Todd Samuel Easterling, 32, was served by the Department of Insurance Fraud Section Investigators on Tuesday with a cease and desist order, a summary suspension order, and a $10,000 fine notice.
The case was also referred to Louisiana State Police Insurance Fraud/Auto Theft Unit who arrested Easterling and charged him with 33 counts of insurance fraud, 30 counts of forgery and one count of felony theft.
