FMC must disclose memos in Boullion case

Two memos regarding Franklin Medical Center's former administrator, Robert Boullion, must be disclosed to his lawyer.

That's according to Fifth District Judge Terry Doughty, who ruled on Thursday that memos could be viewed by Boullion attorney Vickie Warner after they are scrubbed of sensitive information pertaining to the case.

Boullion is hoping to find information that will show the hospital's board of commissioners violated Louisiana Open Meetings Law when they fired him.

While Warner will be able to see the memos, the information will not be made public unless it is later entered as evidence in the trial.
