Armstrong named Miss LSU-USA 2010
 On Aug. 10, LSU senior Ali Armstrong was named Miss LSU-USA 2010.
Armstrong replaces Kelsey Davis, who stepped down as Miss LSU for personal reasons after being crowned in March.
A native of Winnsboro, Armstrong is a senior at LSU majoring in English literature. A member of the Epsilon Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority, she plans to continue her studies by pursuing her master's degree at LSU following graduation.
