Christmas musical finds vocal venues
Plans are currently under way for a special treat this holiday season and children about the community are encouraged to participate.
A Christmas musical performed by local school-aged children will be presented at several venues this year.
"We want to praise God and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ through the voices of our school-aged children," said organizer Peggy Nations. "We cordially invite every child in the community to participate and encourage all churches in the area to unite in this effort."
River of Life Church will present the musical at their church on Sunday morning, Dec. 12 at 10:30 a.m., with rehearsals to be held on Sundays at 5:30 p.m.
