Patriots go 2-0, Lake Providence in sights

The Franklin Parish Patriots (2-0) will put their undefeated record on the line Friday night when they visit Lake Providence (0-2) for a 7 p.m. kickoff.

The Patriots are 2-0 for the first time under head coach Barry Sebren and the Patriots see some good things ahead.

"They put the work in over the summer," Sebren said. "Now we have a team that we can trust. Great teams make the plays when they need to."

Sebren said that he was not pleased with the way his team came out to play last week against Delhi despite the 41-26 victory.
