|Ridley harder on himself|
LSU junior Stevan Ridley of Natchez did not need to be told he was in Les Miles' doghouse after two fumbles against North Carolina in the Tigers' season opener on September 4.
There's no one harder on Ridley than Stevan Ridley.
"I was focused on doing what I've done all my life," Ridley said. "I knew having two fumbles was unacceptable and I knew I had to bounce back."
Bounce back he did.
Ridley rushed for 159 yards on 17 carries in LSU's 27-3 win over Vanderbilt in Tennessee Saturday. That was the best game for an LSU back against upper-division competition since Alley Broussard put up 250 yards on 26 carries for the school rushing record in a 27-24 win over Ole Miss in 2004.
