A glamorous evening of style, fashion and fun is planned for the Princess Theatre in Winnsboro when it plays host to the first annual fashion show, "A Night of Elegance."

The event will feature nine models donning styles from Sunday's Best Fashion on Prairie Street as they stroll down the runway in femme couture. The fashion show will be held Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. and guests are encouraged to wear their Sunday best for a chance to win the "Best Dress" contest.

Monroe native and Christian Comedian, "Viva Vocee" will bring her humor and hilarity to entertain guests and Carolyn Hollins Scott, Ministry of Song, will provide musical entertainment.

"It's going to be great evening," said Dorothy Jenkins, co-owner of Sunday's Best Fashion. "We have tons of door prizes to give away and Shaw's Photography will be available for the evening to take photos of the guests."

Vendors will be on hand to sell items such as purses, shoes and jewelry and refreshments will be served after the show. Men and women are invited to attend in evening attire.

Tickets for the event are $12 general admission and $15 for reserved seating. Tickets can be purchased by phone at 435-7882. Seating is limited, so get your tickets today!
