Everet Lynn Bacle
Funeral services for Everet Lynn Bacle, 76, of Mangham, were held at Chase Cemetery on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, with Rev. Paul Jones officiating. Burial followed at Chase Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
Mr. Bacle was born Dec. 24, 1933 in Mangham, and passed away Monday, Aug. 2, 2010 at Oaks Nursing Home in Monroe. He was a resident of Mangham, a retired fireman and cattle breeder. He served his country in the US Navy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Louise (Mahoney) Bacle; father, Felix Bacle; mother, Della Francis (Hewett) Bacle; four brothers and one sister.
Survivors include five children: Dewana Diane Bacle of Houston, Texas, Jennifer Lynn Savage and Peter Bacle both of Monroe, Felix Bacle of IL, Teena Louise Bacle of Mangham; brother, Charles Bacle of Crowville; two sisters: Hazel Pinson of Ark., and Lovelle Bon Fanti of Baton Rouge; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild
Pallbearers were Christopher Johnson, Jason Savage, Mark Cleveland, Lee Savage, and Peter Bacle.

Clifford E. Brandenburg
Funeral services for Clifford E. Brandenburg, 34, were held Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010 at the chapel of Gill First National Funeral Home with Revs. Gary Howington and Bruce Lofton officiating. Burial followed at South Central Cemetery near Wisner.
Mr. Brandonburg was born on April 2, 1976 in Natchez, Miss., and died on Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010 at University Hospital Jackson, Miss., after a brief illness. He was a resident of Vidalia and attended the Pentecostal Faith.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Joseph and Madge Allen; Oliver and Audrey Brandenburg; a nephew Steven Smith.
Survivors include his wife Jennifer Brandenburg; children: Devin, Austin, Wyatte and Madison Brandenburg; mother Patricia Brandenburg; father William Brandenburg and wife Virginia; brothers: William Brandenburg Jr. and wife Rebecca, Joseph Brandenburg and wife Adrienne, Wayne Brandenburg; step brothers: James Crosby and wife Christy, Samuel Crosby; sister Jennifer Smith and husband Jeremy; step-sister Wanda Rowten and husband Terry; also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Chad Barlow, Wayne Brandenburg, William Brandenburg Jr., Wayne Ready, Aaron Stewart and Blaine Stinson.

Theodore C. "TC" Luckett
Funeral services for Theodore C. "TC" Luckett, 72 of Wisner will be held today (Wednesday) Aug. 11, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Newlight Baptist Church, Wisner. Burial will follow at Hope Estate Cemetery in Wisner, under the direction of Richardson Funeral Home, Winnsboro.
Mr. Luckett died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010 at Franklin Medical Center.
He is survived by his mother, Wilma G. Luckett; sisters: Geraldine White, Allyn Jean Luckett and JoAnn Vereen; devoted companion Modean Spencer; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Walter Lynn Hutto
Funeral services for Walter Lynn Hutto, 45, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the chapel of Gill First National Funeral Home Winnsboro with Rev. Hurby Hitt officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Hutto was born on June 24, 1965 and entered into rest on Sunday, August 8, 2010 near Hemphill, Texas due to an automobile accident. He was born to the union of L. C. and Polly Hitt Hutto. He was an assistant driller with Atwood Oceanics.
He was preceded in death by his father, L. C. Hutto.
Survivors include his wife Alicia Hutto of Zwolle; mother Polly Kaukola of Hanford, Calif.; son, Dustin Hutto, daughters Lindsay and husband James Rachal, and Wendie "Jo" Hutto, all of Zwolle, La.; sister, Donna Levario and husband Dennis of Hanford, Calif.; two brothers: Mike Hutto and wife Teresa of Natchitoches, and Jerry Hutto and wife Sandy of Winnsboro; one grandson Cooper Lynn Rachal; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Devin Hutto, Dustin Hutto, James Johns, Shane Johns, Tom Pentecost and James Rachal.
Friends may call for visitation on Friday after 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
There will also be a service at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home Many, LA.

Florence L. Smith
Graveside service for Florence L. Smith, 79, will be 10 a.m. today (Wednesday) at New Pine Hill Cemetery under the direction of Gill First National Funeral Home.
Mrs. Smith was born on July 21, 1931 and died at her residence on Sunday August 8, 2010.
She was a retired LPN, a resident of Monroe and past resident of Franklin Parish.
She was preceded in death by her husband James P. Smith; daughter Beverly Smith; parents: William Henry and Mattie Mann Loflin; brothers: Anderson "BigBoy", Hebert "Pap", Jacob "Bud", Vernon "Colonel", James A. "Paul", William "Mike", Raymond "Dave", Harvel "Bill" Loflin and Evis Loflin West.
Survivors include her four sons: James P. Smith Jr and wife Brenda of Monroe, Carl E. Smith and wife Candy of Franklin, Ga., W. Ray Smith of Monroe, Mike Smith and wife Cheryl of Swartz; sister Lovey Boutwell and husband Donnie of Houston, Texas; also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be David Boutwell, Donnie Boutwell, Jerod Smith, Jim Smith, Mike Smith and Phil Weiler.

Lois Arnold Till
A good and kind woman has gone to her reward!
Funeral services for Mrs. Lois Arnold Till, 91, of Delhi were held at Lamar Baptist Church on Friday, August 6, 2010, under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi.
Rev.'s Marion Collier, Jason Lupo and Pat Lofton officiated.
Burial was in the Crowville Masonic Cemetery.
Mrs. Till was born on Sept. 16, 1918 and went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at the Deerfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delhi.
She was a lifelong member of Lamar Baptist Church. She loved to visit and take cakes or pies to her friends or the ones who were sick in the community. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and visiting with others.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Till; son William H. Till; sisters: Lou Posey, Birdia McIntyre, Florence Arnold and Jessie Taylor; brothers: Dee "Dutch" Arnold, Jay Arnold, Leo Arnold and Baker Arnold; and a great-granddaughter, Mandy Burrier.
She is survived by two sons: Carlos Till and wife Martha and Henry Till and wife Carolyn, and a daughter-in-law, Maxine Till all of Delhi; grandchildren: Donna Seale, Vicki Hilbun and husband Gerald, Cheryl Newcomer and husband John, Bo Till and wife Brenda, Paul Till and wife Ellen, Scott Till and wife Pam, Chuck Till and wife Carol, and Ron Till and wife Crystal; great-grandchildren: Elizabeth Newcomer, Seth Hilbun, Megan and Lauren Till; Nathan and Kyle Dispenza; Erin and John Michael Till; Hannah, Matthew and Macie Till; and Seth Hilbun.
She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Pallbearers were her grandsons: Bo, Paul, Scott, Chuck Till, John Newcomer and Gerald Hilbun Jr.
Honorary pallbearers were John Michael Till, Matthew Till, Nathan Dispenza and Kyle Dispenza.
Very special thanks is given by the family to Deerfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dr. Paul Grandon and Crossroads Hospice for all of their kind and loving care of their mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Thank you to Mrs. Yolanda who was so loving to Mrs. Till. We can never thank all of the staff for the wonderful care you gave to "Mamaw".

Howard Curtis Traxler
Funeral services for Howard Curtis Traxler, 95, of Winnsboro, will be held at Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Floyd Hawthorne officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery under the direction of Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
Mr. Traxler was born May 15, 1915 in Baskin, and passed away Sunday, August 8, 2010 at St. Joseph Nursing Home in Monroe. He was a resident of Winnsboro, a Franklin Parish Police Jury road superintendent, and a member of the First United Pentecostal Church. He served in the Marine Corps.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Reba (Haley) Traxler; father, Enoch Traxler; mother, Mary (Jackson) Traxler; two sons: E.Ton Traxler and Curtis Malcolm Traxler.
Survivors include two daughters: Sonja Traxler of Monroe, and Lawanna Wolleson of West Monroe; two sons: Steve Traxler of Monroe, and Monty Traxler of Bradley, Ark.; sister, Eurtis Merchant of Mangham; 11 grandchildren: Allison Romero of Rayville; Dawn Barton of Mangham; Kalynda Cook of West Monroe; Kalisha Olds of West Monroe; Jamie Roark of Monroe; Katryn Overaker of Houston, Texas; Adam Wolleson of West Monroe; Steve Traxler Jr. of Monroe; Stewart Traxler of Monroe; Lindsay Carlton of Bradley, Ark.; Daniel Traxler of Ala.; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Adam Wolleson, Steve Traxler Jr., Stewart Traxler, Blake Roark, Mark Overaker, and Ben Carlton.
The family will receive friends at Young's Community Memorial Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2010.

Willie Lee Washington
Funeral services for Willie Lee Washington, 80, of Winnsboro will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010, at St. John Baptist Church, Winnsboro. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery, under the direction of Richardson Funeral Home, Winnsboro.
Wake services will be Friday, Aug. 13, from 6-7 p.m.
Mr. Washington died Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe. He was a farmer.
Mr. Washington is survived by his daughters: Deborah McCall, LaMariyon Wade, Deitra Wade and Sallie C. Washington; sons: Pastor Jewel L. Washington, Willie E. Washington, Shelton Washington, Willie Johnson, and Timothy Singleton; sister, Lillie B. Doyle; a host of grand- and great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
