FPHS Softball Skills Clinic begins Thursday, June 10, with 7 a.m. registration. Warm-up runs from 8 a.m. to 8:30 and will be followed by throwing and catching mechanics, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

After a 15 minutes break, the clinic continues with field test, which runs until 11 a.m.

Outfield practice, including catching fly balls and proper position for grounders; throwing "on the fly" for tags ups and grounders and advance outfielding, including diving and slide catching, will run from 11a.m. to noon.

On Friday, participants will start the day with a 8 a.m. warm-up and will practice hitting and hitting mechanics from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. After a 15 minute break, bunting-slapping technique mechanics will run from 9:45 a.m. to 11 a.m.

After a 10 minute break, base running and sliding techniques will be practiced until noon.
