 It was a charmed morning on April 29, 2010, when Jackie Goyne of West Monroe and Richard Mahoney of Winnsboro exchanged wedding vows at an intimate ceremony in Canton, Texas. Judge Daniels officiated the double-ring ceremony at half past ten in the morning.
The bride is employed by Family Eye Care in Monroe. The groom is a salesman at White Ford Lincoln-Mercury in Winnsboro.
