Carroll A. Celestine, 24, 2109 West Harper, Winnsboro--aggravated rape.
Herschel Carter, 32, Falcon St., Sicily Island--disturbing the peace.
Barry McCall, 50, 410 Norris Rd. Choudrant--theft.
John A. Adams, 35, 1806 Scott St. #A, Winnsboro--disturbing the peace (property damage), criminal damage less than $500.
Darron L. Waters, 37, 1505 Brackens St., Waxahachie, Texas--burglary.
David S. Smith, 56, 2320 Hwy. 865, Winnsboro--second offense DWI, flight from officer, resisting an officer, improper lane use.
