James D. Mann, 42, 7850 Hwy. 1, Blanchard--unauthorized use of a moveable, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft.
Terrance T. Miller, 26, 313 Atkinson St., Monroe--simple burglary, resisting an officer, criminal damage to property over $500.
Monta L. Allen, 24, 1101 Richwood Road Apt. 115, Monroe--simple burglary, resisting an officer, aggravated flight from an officer, criminal damage to property over $500.
Palantric J. Dupas, 41, 152 Royal St., Winnsboro--indecent exposure, drunkenness-disturbing the peace.
