posted E-mail Story E-mail Story | Print Story Print Story
Mangham High School will be celebrating homecoming October 16. The student body has selected the homecoming queen and her court, electing Jessie Rhodes, senior, as queen. Her court includes senior maids of honor Derrica Ausberry, senior maid Haley McKay, junior maids Ashley Cielatka and Alexis Martin, sophomore maids Elaina McDonald and Abby Wiggins, and freshman maids Maddie Kate Jones and Tess Uchtmann. The court will be presented during the coronation pep rally on Friday, October 16, at 2:20 PM.

That evening, Mangham will host Farmerville for the homecoming football game. Kickoff is set for 7 PM. Admission is $6. The homecoming court will be presented during halftime of the game. Everyone is invited to come and support the Mangham Dragons.

Other activities for the week include the annual powder puff football game, sponsored by the student council. Admission to this event is $3. Proceeds go toward a scholarship that the student council awards each year to a graduating senior.
