Strong game Thursday for pitching-machine league Citizens Progressive, 9 Front St. Storage, 5 Citizens Progressive played a strong game Thursday against Front Street Storage, ending in a score of 8-5. The pitching-machine league of Front St. Storage brought their record to 3-2.
Leading Citizens Progressive at the plate, Ty McCurley had four singles and an RBI. Jace Rowan drove in three runs with his three singles and Derrick Austin singled in three runs for Citizens.
Top in scoring for Front Street Storage was Bo Beard with two runs and one RBI, Gus Gwin with two runs. Hunter Dear had one run. Grant Johns, John Walker Head, Ryder Atkins, and Hunter Dear contributed one RBI each.
