Winnsboro Sports, 9 Dennis Crain, 8

Winnsboro Sports took an early lead in Friday's game against Dennis Crain with five runs off of Brett Haring's pitching. Haring gave up one walk, and one strike out. Relief pitcher Joseph Wolleson took the mound for the next four innings, allowing two runs, three strike outs, and one walk.

Lead-off pitcher for Winnsboro Sports was Chris Sikes. Sikes struck out two, with only one walk, and one hit. Heath Hackney pitched two innings for Winnsboro Sports, allowing two hits, two strike outs, and two walks. Landon Chunn also pitched for WS, with four strike outs, six walks, and only one hit.

Zack Parks for Dennis Crain had a triple and a single. Chase Morrison and Tanner King both had singles.

Heath Hackney and Joshua Poland both had singles. Connor McMurray, Cameron Lovitt, and Chris Sikes had doubles. Landon Chunn had a triple.

Chunn had a two run home run in the second inning. In the top of the fifth Dennis Crain got four runs to tie the game.

Winnsboro Sports batter Chris Sikes was hit by a pitch and was able to steal second, third and home for the winning score.

Landon Chunn's triple in the bottom of the second helped Winnsboro Sports achieve the victory in the game Tuesday against Raley Bros. in the 9-10-year-old boys league.

Winnsboro Sports put in relief pitcher Heath Hackney in the bottom of the fourth inning.
Hackney struck out the last batter to prevent Raley's from tying the score.

Cole Johnston served as pitcher for Raley Bros. He had four strike outs, seven walks, and one hit.

Chris Sikes went three for three at the plate for Winnsboro Sports driving in five runs. Tucker Wilson caught a fly off Tyler Easterling's bat to stop a first inning rally by Cropland.

Caldwell Farms, 9
Raley Bros., 6

Lead-off pitcher for Caldwell Farms was Conner Taylor. Taylor pitched two innings, four strike-outs, three walks, allowing two hits and one run. Relief pitcher Ben Monnin served one inning, with two strike-outs one walk, no hits, and no runs. Ryder Caldwell pitched one inning, no strike-outs three walks, allowing three hits and five runs.

Starting pitcher for Raley Bros. was Cole Johnston, one inning, no strike-outs, two walks, allowing two hits and three runs. Leighton Linder pitched one inning, two strike-outs, with two hits and two runs. Noah Comeaux also pitched one inning, giving up four runs, four strike-outs walking four, and allowing two runs.

Cropland scored four runs in the first inning, with Raley noting zero. Raley came back in the second and third innings with two, and one respectively. The fourth inning saw Cropland come back with five runs.

Raley Bros. record on April 28th was 1-2.

Raley Bros. starting pitcher for three innings was Leighton Linder. Linder gave up four runs, eight strike-outs, 5 walks, and one hit. Relief pitcher for one inning was Cole Johnston, allowing three runs, three strike-outs, five walks, and one hit.

Jake Moore pitched all four innings for Ward Crop Cons. Moore allowed eight runs, five hits, six strike-outs and five walks.

Ward Crop's record on April 21 was 0-1. With Raley's record 1-0.
