Boone-Southern engagement
 Audra Alena Boone of Gilbert and Emery Cain Southern of Chase are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. She is the daughter of Allen Boone of Wisner and the late Barbara Arnold of Gilbert. He is the son of Joan and Bobby Southern of Chase.
The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Bobbie Arnold and Whitfield Arnold, both of Gilbert. She is the paternal granddaughter of Audrey and Louis H. Boone Sr.
The prospective groom is the maternal grandson of Iris and Lester Wallace of Winnsboro. He is the paternal grandson of Barbra and Lonnie Southern of Andrews, Texas.
Audra attended Franklin Parish High School and is currently employed by Express Medical Staffing.
Emery is a graduate of Winnsboro High School and is currently employed by Trans Ocean Deepwater Drilling Co.
The wedding will take place at six o'clock in the evening on May 23, 2009 at River of Life. Pastor David Philips will officiate the ceremony.
