Bailey-Arnold engagement
 Stefanie O'dell Bailey of Winnsboro and Whitfield Trey Arnold III announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. Stefanie is the daughter of the late Kim and Steve Bailey of Wisner. Trey is the son of Sherry and Buddy Arnold of Winnsboro.
The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Meritt Fred Williams of Liddieville and the late Maude Odell Williams. She is the paternal granddaughter of Delois Bailey of Wisner and the late Bruce Bailey Sr.
The prospective groom is the maternal grandson of Betty and Larry Riley of Winnsboro. He is the paternal grandson of Bobby Arnold of Gilbert and the late Whitfield Arnold Sr.
Stefanie is a graduate of Franklin Parish High School. Trey is currently employed by Starcon.
The wedding is set for six o'clock in the evening on May 16, 2009, at the home of Betty and Larry Riley. Minister R.V. Arnold will officiate the ceremony.
