Thornhill graduates Louisiana Tech
 Emily Anna Thornhill was among the 335 students graduated from Louisiana Tech University during the winter quarter ceremonies held on March 7, 2009.
Emily received her bachelor of science degree in biology and was recognized as a Summa Cum Laude graduate. As an active member on campus, Emily was a member of Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society, Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Professional Society and Golden Key International Honor Society. She is also a 2005 honor graduate of Franklin Parish High School.
Emily has been accepted into the doctoral program in physical therapy at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport.
Emily is the daughter of Elaine and Leo Thornhill of Winnsboro. She is the granddaughter of Fannie Farley and the late Joe Farley of Wisner, Gladys Thornhill and the late Leo Thornhill Sr. of Winnsboro. |
