Smith-Branch engagement
 Mr. and Mrs. Sydney J. Smith of Sterlington announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Elise Smith to Ruffin Chase Branch, son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Branch of Angie.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Smith of Winnsboro and Katherine Ezell and the late Dewitt Ezell of Gilbert. Jessica is a 2002 graduate of Jena and High School and received her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Grambling State University. She is currently employed at St. Francis Medical Center.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Relious Miller of Warnerton and Helen Branch and the late Melvin Branch of Angie. He is a 2001 graduate of Pine High School and earned his bachelor of science degree in clinical laboratory science from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He is currently employed at St. Francis Medical Center and will be attending physicians assistant school at Louisiana State University in Shreveport in May.
The couple will exchange vows at four o'clock in the afternoon on March 28, 2009 at Dunleith Plantation in Natchez, Miss. A reception will follow the ceremony. |
