Correction:
Kevin W. Armstrong, 33, of 2350 River Rd., Gilbert, was charged with felony conspiracy to manufacture CDS II, instead of parole/probation violation, conspiracy to manufacture CDS II, jumping bail and issuing worth less checks. |
