Smith-Ray engagement
 Janis Smith of Winnsboro and Clifford Smith of Sicily Island announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Alisia Christine to Jared Daniel Ray of Dallas, Texas. He is the son of Mark and Karen Ray of Australia who are currently serving as missionaries with the International Baptist Missions.
The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of the late William and Waneda Rendsland of OH; she is the paternal granddaughter of Curtis and Dannie Beth Smith of Crowville.
Alisia is a 2000 graduate of Winnsboro High School and a 2004 graduate of Louisiana Tech University. She is currently employed by Saxby's in Farmer's Branch, Texas.
The prospective groom is the maternal grandson of the late Sam and One Jones and the paternal grandson of Dan and Frances Ray of Texas.
Jared is a 1996 graduate from Nagle College (high school) in Australia and a 2001 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Ark. He is employed by Cutting Corner's of Farmer's Branch as the shipping manager.
The wedding is set for September 28, 2008 at The Heritage Gardens in Bonham, Texas. |
