Patriot youth baseball camp Monday
The 2008 Patriot baseball summer camp is Monday July 28 through Thursday, July 31.
Sponsored by the Franklin Parish High School baseball team, leading the camp will be head coach Lynn Middle-ton and assistant coaches Rick Berry and Curt Curtis.
The full-day schedule is from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the half-day schedule is from 8 a.m. until noon.
The camp is for ages kindergarten through eighth grade. Cost is $50 for half-day camp and $100 for the full-day camp. Lunch will be provided for full-day camp.
Each player will be instructed by the coaches and players. Campers are organized according to age rotate through stations for a variety of baseball techniques. Campers should be on FPHS baseball field with their coach by 7:45 a.m. and should bring a glove, bat, batting gloves, helmet if they have one and wear shorts, cleats or tennis shoes and a hat.
All campers must have their own medical insurance and provide policy information.
